Norwegian AM is the leading national network driving the growth and development of the 3D printing and additive manufacturing ecosystem in Norway. Established in 2022 under the Norwegian Innovation Clusters program, our cluster has become the central hub for industrial innovation. We bring together more than 60 leading organizations—spanning from industrial giants like Equinor and Aker Solutions to premier research and academic institutions such as SINTEF and NTNU.

Our Mission & Vision

The core mission of Norwegian AM is to create meaningful business opportunities by transforming theoretical knowledge into active industrial implementation. We guide companies through every stage of their AM journey: from initial exploration to project execution, supply chain optimization, and the rollout of on-demand digital inventories.

Every initiative we take on is designed for long-term success. We actively bridge the gap between national capabilities and the global stage, maintaining a regular presence at international arenas like Formnext. As a core member of the European alliance Addliance and a founding member of NAMA (Nordic Additive Manufacturing Alliance), we provide our members with a direct pipeline to international funding, specialized expertise, and cross-border commercial markets.
