Phase 01 Opportunity Discovery Pilot Preparation

Identify, evaluate and prepare high-potential AM opportunities for implementation.

3 Months

Program Kick-off

Introduction to: Additive Manufacturing capabilities, innovation methodologies, program framework and expected outcomes.

Dedicated Mentorship

Regular meetings with assigned mentors: opportunity identification, technical assessment, prioritization of applications, project definition.

Program Support

Regular follow-up meetings with the program management team.

Pilot Proposal

Each participant will prepare a concise project presentation covering: current challenge, proposed AM opportunity, expected benefits, technical requirements and business impact.

Phase 02 Tech Development Validation

Develop and validate real AM solutions applied to the proposed project and with the voluntary support and contribution offered.

Norwegian AM

Every initiative we take on is designed for long-term success.

While the programme focuses on the completion of Phase 01, it also prepares participants to develop a comprehensive assessment of needs and opportunities for AM applications and projects.

The objective is to facilitate the scaling of AM adoption through the identification of high-potential use cases and propose to some targeted technology partners their support, who may contribute according to their interests, resources and capabilities during a potential Phase 02.
